At Dawn Look to the East

We hold our thoughts and emotions in our bodies, and our bodies in turn can guide our thoughts and emotions. At Dawn Look to the East is a game to help empower our mind-body connection and train it as a positive feedback loop that can encourage ourselves on both a physiological and psychological level.

For this game, something as small as eye, chin, or shoulder position can be an entire move. As long as it makes an impactful shift in your physical and mental state (however you define impactful), it counts! 

Giving an action or series of actions a story-based name not only gives it a handle that’s easy to grab onto when our thoughts are already crowded, it also triggers our thoughts to jump to the original narrative of the reference rather than whatever path they were on.
